This blog will be my way of continuously collaborating with teachers. I want you to feel comfortable sharing here and collaborating with each other. My hope is that we learn from each other through positive and productive discourse!
So what's on my plate? I am wrapping my mind around the fact that I will be back at work NEXT WEEK! The summer has gone by so fast. I can say that I enjoyed my summer a lot. I made sure I got my binder organized for the year. I also made me a new journal and planner.
This year I will be more focused because we have a new instructional coach for ELAR/Social Studies. (Yay!) This is going to free me up so that I can hone in on the skills and strategies that will move our students to mastery in Math and Science. I have so many ideas (strategies, virtual book study, etc.) that I want to share with you this school year. First and foremost, I want to support you in your classroom and throughout your teaching journey.
I look forward to our collaborative work together and the knowledge that we will share with each other. Remember, iron sharpens iron! Invite your friends!
